Rhythm House Finance ("we") collects and uses the following data to provide the app and backend services:

• Account data: email, name, and role – used for sign-in and permissions.
• Transaction data: amounts, categories, dates, descriptions, and optional receipt images – stored on our servers to display in the app.
• Device data: we do not collect device identifiers for advertising. The app may use local storage (e.g. PIN/biometric settings) on your device only.

Data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. We may use it to operate the service, comply with law, or with your consent.
